Community Rules

Welcome to SpotPin! We are more than just an app - we are a movement for real experiences and authentic moments. To ensure our community remains a place where everyone feels welcome, we rely on a culture of fairness and respect. By using SpotPin, you are part of this mission, and we count on you to share our values.

1. Be Yourself (Real Moments)

•Live-Only: SpotPin thrives on authenticity. That's why Spots are recorded live and on-site. Please do not attempt to bypass this system (e.g., via Fake GPS or gallery uploads)—we want to see the world exactly as it is right now.
•No Spam: Share discoveries that provide value to others. Purely commercial ads or misleading content do not fit our vibe.

2. Respect & Safety (Real World)

•Good Energy: Use the comments to connect with other explorers. Bullying, harassment, or discrimination have no place here.
•Privacy: Respect the people around you. Never film anyone without their explicit permission and respect the privacy of others at all times.
•Safety First: GPS is a tool, not a law. Use your common sense and never put yourself or others in danger for a Spot. You are solely responsible for your own safety and actions in the physical world.

3. Fair Play & Local Laws

•Your Audience, Your Choice: You decide with every Spot who joins your journey. Share your discoveries with the entire community, your friends, or keep them completely private as a memory just for you.
•Follow the Rules: We interact in the real world. You are required to follow local laws, respect private property, and leave places exactly as you found them. A Pin is never an excuse for trespassing or vandalism.
•No Illegal Activities: Using SpotPin for criminal purposes (e.g., drug trafficking, violence, or illegal services) is strictly prohibited. We draw a very clear line here.

🛡️ Our Promise & Consequences

To keep SpotPin a safe and positive space, we must act consistently when these rules are broken. This means:

•Moderation: We carefully review reports from the community.
•Consequences: For serious or repeated violations, we reserve the right to remove content or permanently ban accounts.
•Updates: We are constantly evolving SpotPin. If we adjust these rules during this beta phase, we will let you know. Your continued use of the app shows us that you are still on board with our mission.
